– Do you offer sample prints before a full order?

Yes, absolutely!

To ensure your complete satisfaction, we offer one free sample print for approval before applying it to a garment.

In addition to this, we can provide one finished product for bulk orders. By doing so, we allow you to review the quality, placement, and sizing right before our team starts full production.

– Is there a minimum order quantity required by EP Apparel?

No minimums! You can order anywhere from one item to hundreds.

– What can cause a delay?

If your artwork requires any adjustments, our design team will contact you right away. Following that step, we consequently begin production immediately as soon as you finalize the design and approve the proof.

– Can I order personalized apparel for a small group?

Yes, we accommodate orders of all sizes, from single items to bulk purchases with personalized designs. No job is too big or too small.

– What printing methods does EP Apparel offer?

EP Apparel specializes in Direct-To-Film (DTF) printing, which is a high-quality technique that produces accurate, durable prints. To achieve this superior finish, we exclusively use premium transfer films alongside advanced heat-press equipment. In addition to our standard garment decoration, we also offer premium laser-engraved and full-color printed patches. – How should I care for my printed apparel?

Please follow the care instructions provided on the manufacturer’s label to maintain print quality and garment longevity.

– How fast can I receive my custom order?

As a general rule, our typical turnaround time is just 1–3 business days. Specifically, if you finalize and approve your order before 4:00 PM EST, we will have it completely ready on the very next business day. Therefore, approving your design early guarantees the fastest possible turnaround. However, larger or more complex orders may take 2–4 business days depending on when we receive the blanks. In addition to this, please note that certain unique specialty items may take slightly longer due to the extra transit time from our vendor to our shop.

– Can I change or cancel my order?

Please note that you can only change or cancel your order while it remains in the Proofing status. Therefore, if you need to make updates, you must contact us immediately at contact@epapparel.ca so that we can pause production. Otherwise, once printing begins, we can no longer modify your design. Ultimately, reaching out right away is the best way to guarantee your order details stay perfectly accurate.

– Can I see the proof before my order is printed?

To begin the process, we will send you a digital proof so that you can confirm the setup of your order. Following your initial review, we can also provide a free sample print before we transfer the design onto the garment. Alternatively, we can create a complete physical print so you can see the final product firsthand. As a result of this meticulous process, we will have your entire order ready for pickup or shipping on the next business day immediately after you approve the final sample.

– Do you accept returns or exchanges on custom orders?

– Does Express Print Apparel offer bulk or corporate pricing?

To help you save money, we apply bulk discounts specifically when you order a minimum number of items from the same category within a single order. Consequently, bundling your items together ensures that you get our best possible wholesale pricing.

Discounts are based on item quantity and category. Product models and print files do not need to be the same across items.

– What file formats do you accept for custom designs?

For the best print quality, we recommend Vector PDF files or high-resolution transparent PNG files with a minimum resolution of 300 DPI. Our design team reviews all submitted files. If any issues are found, we’ll contact you with recommended solutions.

– Do you ship nationwide or internationally?

We ship Canada-wide using the courier of your choice.

For your convenience, you can choose local pickup in Calgary during our regular business hours. Specifically, you can stop by during the following times to collect your order: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM.

Please note that Express Print Apparel does not assume liability for shipping delays, damage, or loss caused by carriers. Instead, you must report any shipping damage within 24 hours of delivery, along with photos of the packaging and product, so that we can help you process a claim.
