– Do you sell blank apparel or printed items only?
Express Print Apparel specialises in custom-printed apparel. All products are printed to order based on your design, logo, or artwork.
– Can I order different sizes or colours in one order? Is there any flexibility?
Absolutely, you can mix and match style, color, and size without any extra cost.
– Do you offer sample prints before a full order?
Yes! We offer one free sample on bulk orders, allowing you to review quality, placement, and sizing before full production.
If you’d like to try a single item first, we also offer one-piece orders starting at $12.00 CAD + GST, so you can personally experience the quality of the print.
Additionally, we can provide a sample print for approval before applying it to a garment.
Are you a print company looking to expand your offerings? Provide your garment and design, and we’ll create free showroom samples for you.
– Is there a minimum order quantity required by Express Print Apparel?
No minimums! You can order anywhere from one item to hundreds.
– What can cause a delay?
If your artwork is not print-ready or requires an adjustment, our design team will contact you. Production begins immediately once the disign finallized and approval is received.
– Can I order personalized apparel for a small group?
Yes, we accommodate orders of all sizes, from single items to bulk purchases with personalized designs. No job is too big or too small.
– What printing methods does Express Print Apparel offer?
Express Apparel Print specializes in Direct-To-Film (DTF) printing, a high-quality technique that produces accurate, durable prints. We use premium transfer films and advanced heat-press equipment.

– How should I care for my printed apparel?
Please follow the care instructions provided on the manufacturer’s label to maintain print quality and garment longevity.

- Wait 24 hours before stretching or the first wash.
- Machine wash with mild detergent.
- Wash inside out, medium circle, cold or 30 degrees.
- Do not use bleach or fabric softener.
- Dry on low.
– How fast can I receive my custom order?
Our typical turnaround time is 1–4 business days, depending on order size and complexity.
Most orders placed before 5:00 PM EST are printed the Next day. Larger or more complex orders may take 2–4 business days, depending on the shipping time for the blanks.
– Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders can only be changed or canceled while they are in Proofing status.
To request changes, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@epapparel.ca.
– Can I see the proof before my order is printed?
Of course, we will send you a digital proof to confirm the order, and we can also provide a free sample print before transferring it onto the garment, or we can do a complete print for you to see the final product. Your order will be ready on the next business day after you approve the sample.
– Do you accept returns or exchanges on custom orders?
Custom-printed items are non-refundable. For full details, please visit our Return and Refund Policy.
– Does Express Print Apparel offer bulk or corporate pricing?
Yes! Bulk discounts apply when you order a minimum number of items from the same category in a single order.
Discounts are based on item quantity and category. Product models and print files do not need to be the same across items.

– What file formats do you accept for custom designs?
For the best print quality, we recommend Vector PDF files or high-resolution transparent PNG files with a minimum resolution of 300 DPI. Our design team reviews all submitted files. If any issues are found, we’ll contact you with recommended solutions.

– Do you ship nationwide or internationally?
We ship Canada-wide using the courier of your choice.
Local pickup in Calgary is available during regular business hours:
Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
Express Print Apparel is not responsible for shipping delays, damage, or loss caused by carriers. Any shipping damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery, along with photos of the packaging and product.
