Quality Concerns & File Submission
Express Print Apparel does not provide any warranty regarding the originality, legality, or ownership of files uploaded or logos created by customers. It is the customer’s sole responsibility to ensure that all submitted designs do not infringe upon trademarks, copyrights, or the rights of any third party. We strongly recommend seeking legal advice if you are unsure before proceeding with your design.
Reprints, Refunds & Exceptions
If you experience any issues with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your items. While we are committed to addressing concerns related to print quality or order accuracy, we do not offer reprints or refunds for issues resulting from low-resolution, incorrect, or poor-quality artwork provided by the customer.
Due to differences in monitors, screens, and printing processes, exact color matching cannot be guaranteed. Slight color variations are not considered defects and are not eligible for refunds or reprints.
Please refer to our artwork guidelines for instructions on submitting proper print-ready files.
Defective Items
Defective items—such as those with tears, holes, or manufacturing defects—may be eligible for replacement or partial refund. Minor size variations may occur due to manufacturing tolerances. Such variations do not qualify as defects. If you encounter a defect, please contact our customer service team promptly so we can assist you.
Non-Returnable Items
All custom-printed merchandise is non-returnable, and all sales are final. Before approving your order, please carefully review the final proof to ensure accuracy in product code, colour, artwork placement, and sizing. Once final proof approval is received, production will begin immediately.
By approving the final proof, the customer accepts full responsibility for all details, including spelling, layout, sizing, and placement. Express Print Apparel is not responsible for errors once proof approval has been received.
Incorrect Orders
If an error occurs due to Express Print Apparel (incorrect item, print, or quantity), we will replace the item or issue a refund at our discretion.
Order Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled and fully refunded while they are in “Proofing” status. To request a cancellation, please contact us at contact@epapparel.ca as soon as possible.
Shipping Damage / Lost Packages
Express Print Apparel is not responsible for delays, damage, or loss caused by shipping carriers. Any shipping damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and product.
Please note that worn, washed, or altered merchandise cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.
